Is There Any Software To Set Start/stop Timer For Applications In Windows?

Could anyone tell me if there is any software which can start and stop the applications whenever wanted for windows?
Like say applications like Limewire ( used to download movies) I want to start it at automatically 2 AM and stop at 8AM.
