What Is Some Good Software To Use To Fix A Harddrive?

My hard drive has a lot of bab sectors on it. What is some good softt ware to fix or reconstuct it. Like lets say it was a 160 gig drive befor software and after its a 80gig drive due to bad sectors.

   Disk Defrag.. a windows utility.. it works fine.
